- Phishing pages, credential harvesting, or social engineering infrastructure
- Malware, spyware, ransomware, or exploit distribution
- Unsolicited bulk email (spam) or mail relay abuse

Resource fair use
Hosting plans are shared-resource environments. You must not run persistent background processes, cron jobs at intervals shorter than 15 minutes, or scripts that consistently consume excessive CPU, memory, or I/O. We reserve the right to throttle or terminate processes that degrade the experience for other customers.
Email sending
All email sent through our infrastructure must comply with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Bulk email must include a functioning unsubscribe mechanism. We may impose sending rate limits to protect delivery reputation.
Reporting abuse
To report abuse originating from our network, email abuse@falcomms.co.uk. We take abuse reports seriously and will investigate within 24 hours.
Changes
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
