1. Agreement
By creating an account or purchasing any service from Falcomms™ Hosting (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide web hosting, domain registration, email hosting, and related managed services. Service specifications, pricing, and included resources are as described on the relevant product pages at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify features with reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy at all times. Any breach may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
4. Payment and renewals
Services are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Renewal invoices are generated 14 days before the due date. Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in service suspension. Reactivation fees may apply after suspension.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel at any time from your account area. Monthly services are not refunded for the current billing period. Annual services may receive a pro-rata refund for whole unused months, minus any domain or setup costs already incurred. Domain registrations are non-refundable once submitted to the registry.
6. Uptime and SLA
We target 99.9% monthly network uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control. Outages are tracked on our System Status page. In the event of a verified outage exceeding our SLA, account credits may be offered at our discretion.
7. Data and backups
We perform automated backups via JetBackup on every plan. However, you remain responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical data. We do not guarantee backup availability and backups should not be treated as your sole recovery option.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the charges you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes
We may update these terms with at least 30 days’ notice for material changes. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
