This guide explains how to download invoice receipts from your Falcomms client area.
Invoice receipts can be useful for your records, bookkeeping, expense claims, or confirming that a payment has been completed successfully. Once an invoice has been paid, you can usually return to it in the client area and keep a copy for future reference.
If you need proof of payment for hosting services, domain renewals, or another service on your account, the invoice page is normally the best place to start.
In this article, we will cover
- How to find your paid invoices
- How to open an invoice receipt
- How to save a copy for your records
- What to do if you cannot find the invoice you need
Log in to your client area
First, sign in to your Falcomms client area.
You can access it here:
Once logged in, you will be able to review your account, services, support tickets, and billing history.
Open your invoice history
Navigate to the billing or invoices section of the client area. This is where you can view current invoices as well as older ones that have already been paid.
Look for the invoice you want to download. It may help to check the invoice number, date, or amount if you have several entries listed in your account.

Open the paid invoice
Click the invoice you need to view. The invoice page should show the full billing details, including the services charged, payment status, and payment date if it has already been settled.
For a receipt to be available, the invoice should normally show as paid. If the invoice is still unpaid or pending, it may not yet act as a receipt of payment.
This is useful if you need to confirm whether a transaction has completed before saving a copy.
Save or download the receipt
Once the invoice is open, you can save a copy for your records. Depending on how your browser and client area are set up, you may do this by printing the page to PDF or saving the invoice directly if that option is available.
If you regularly keep financial records, it is a good idea to name the file clearly so it is easy to identify later. Including the invoice number or date in the filename can make it easier to find.

What to check if you cannot find it
If you cannot locate the invoice receipt you need, first make sure you are signed in with the correct client area account. Some users have more than one email address or account and may accidentally check the wrong one.
It is also worth confirming that the invoice has been marked as paid. If a recent payment has only just been made, the status may need a little time to update.
