How to Access Your Hosting Control Panel (cPanel)

This guide explains how to access your cPanel hosting control panel using your Falcomms hosting account.

Your website hosting is managed through cPanel. This control panel allows you to create email accounts, upload website files, manage databases and configure many other hosting features.

To access cPanel you will first log in to the Falcomms Client Area, open your hosting service, and then launch cPanel.

Understanding Your Hosting Account

When using your Falcomms hosting account you will see a few different areas. Each part of the system has a different purpose.

Understanding these will make it easier to manage your hosting.

  • Client Area – where you manage your account, invoices, services and support tickets.
  • My Services – a list of all hosting services connected to your account.
  • Manage Product – the service management page where you control your hosting package.
  • cPanel – the hosting control panel where you manage your website, email accounts and files.

Log in to the Client Area

Visit the Client Area and log in using your account email address and password.

After logging in you will arrive at the main dashboard where you can view your services, domains, support tickets and invoices.

Open Your Services

From the dashboard click Services or select My Services.

This page displays all hosting services associated with your account.

Each service shows:

  • Hosting package name
  • Associated domain
  • Billing cycle
  • Next due date
  • Service status

Select your hosting service and click Manage Product to open the service details.

Log in to cPanel

On the service management page you will see an option labelled Log in to cPanel.

Clicking this button will automatically log you into your hosting control panel without needing to enter another username or password.

Inside cPanel you can manage many aspects of your hosting account including:

  • Create and manage email accounts
  • Upload website files
  • Install WordPress
  • Create databases
  • Manage DNS records
  • Create backups
