The Falcomms Client Area is the central place where you manage your hosting account.
From the dashboard you can view your services, manage domains, open support tickets and review invoices.

What is the Client Area?
The Client Area is your account management portal. It allows you to control everything related to your Falcomms services.
Once logged in, you will land on the dashboard which provides a quick overview of your account.

Dashboard Overview
The dashboard displays several panels which provide quick access to important parts of your account.
These sections are designed to help you quickly manage your services.
Services
The Services tile shows how many hosting services you currently have active.
Clicking this tile will take you to the page where all your hosting packages are listed.
Domains
The Domains tile displays the number of domains associated with your account.
From here you can manage domain settings such as DNS records, renewals and transfers.
Support Tickets
This section shows your recent support requests.
If you ever need assistance, you can open a new ticket directly from the dashboard.
Invoices
The invoices section shows any outstanding or recent invoices linked to your account.
This is where you can review payments and download invoice receipts.
Your Active Products & Services
Below the dashboard tiles you will see a panel listing your active hosting services.
Each entry displays:
- The hosting package name
- The associated domain
- The current service status
From this panel you can quickly:
- Log in to cPanel
- Access Webmail
- View service details

Using the Knowledgebase Search
The Client Area dashboard also includes a search bar that allows you to quickly search our knowledgebase.
